 Watching QVC 2 Joan Rivers collection right now. There are a pair of pants on, advertised on Easy Pay, and in the informational box, it says “the easy pay is subject to QVC approval.  Restrictions may apply.” I usually do not pay that close attention to the informational boxes but is this something new?

it is not new.

if you read the rules of easy pay it does state that easy pay is subject to approval.

"Easy Pay offers are subject to QVC approval."
