We have had continual attacks on QVC for a couple of months now.  All from newly registered names we have never heard of who never come back.

 

IMO it's all a set-up.

I have been with QVC for a long time, never had any problems when I needed to contact CS. I have always been treated really well and any issue resolved with lightening speed.

QVC's customer service is probably one of the best in the business, at least I think so.

Compared to some of the customer service I've experienced recently, I'd say QVC is still doing a reasonably good job. Not, perhaps, like it used to be, but better than many other businesses. It's unforrtunate, but most business talk about good customer service but very few are structured to actually deliver it.
