Did anyone received Givenchy gift with purchase?

For the month of August 2020, Givenchy has a promo: receive Givenchy Le Rose Perfecto Miniature Lip Duo with your credit card purchase of select items thru 8/31.  I ordered a qualified item and received it but NO gift with purchase.  I called CS and they sent a message to "corporate" and I have to wait 7-10 bus days just to get a response if they will send it to me.  Did anyone order a Givenchy item and receive their gift with purchase?  I am so tired of all the delays, errors, etc lately.  Just want to know if I'm the only one that didn't receive this gift.  Thanks!
