Self-love isn’t always easy but it’s always important.

I am on a self-love journey and my hope is to inspire you to love yourself more along the way. My nieces reminded me how life offers magic all around us.

Self-love doesn’t happen overnight; it’s a journey. A part of that journey is learning to mute all the voices in your head and from the outside world that would tell you things to hurt you. You can never prevent/stop these from coming your way, but you can control what you do with them. My hope is eventually, you’ll be strong enough so you can laugh that stuff off.

From shopping with you on QVC to sharing fun moments from my life on social media, it may seem like I am a very confident person who has it all together.  Don’t get me wrong, I have days when I feel super confident and outgoing, but there are many days I need pull out my inner-cheerleader - my mom.
