As with your other posts, when you encounter items that have not shipped or don't provide shipping information after QVC shows it's shipped, have you tried reaching out to customer service? They can't help you if you don't let them.
I've been buying from QVC for many years, and have only encountered a problem a couple of times, when the items I purchased were lost in shipment, and not only with QVC, with major retailers as well. Call them and give them a chance to provide more details on your order(s).

@Debbi137, have you been charged for the item? If not, then it hasn't shipped.
