@bonnie f  I loved Nature's Code also and was just fine with the little packets.  When they changed, I started using Andrew Lessman's vitamines and more of them.  I can recommend them, but try not to go overboard.

I've used Cooper Complete for several years now. Very happy with them, and so is my doctor -- my bloodwork is always good!

@bonnie fwrote:

i use to use natures code yrs ago & loved them... they really changed and i wont buy them.... anyone take other vitamins they find good. i been looking on amazon because they have reviews i want a good vitamin that has everything u need in them.. thats why i use to love natures code it was a pack with all you needed in it... im 47 ans eat fairly well... but when i was taking vitamins i did notice a change, and i wasnt as tired as i am now

I was in the same place with Nature's Code.  I really felt best on them than anything I had tried up to that point.  I stopped taking them when they replaced the naturopath doctor.  I figured they would stop updating the formulas since they were no longer selling them to new customers.

I switched to Andrew Lessman's multi.  I find these are very easy of my stomach and I don't have to take them with food (I definitely had to take Nature's Code with food).

I researched a lot of formulas (includinng all the brands listed on this forum that people take) and didn't care for a lot of the things in some of them.  For example, there was a Kirkland multi vitamin pack that looked promising but it had ginko in it, and I didn't want to take ginko every day.
