i have found that my stomach probs ceased when I cut popcorn and nuts out of my diet. You may want to try that.

What's your dairy intake like? I didn't become Lactose intolerant until my mid 40's. Every time I had regular dairy (milk, yogurt, ice cream), I'd get a terrible stomach ache. Thankfully I worked for a physician at the time. Mentioned the stomach pain to him and he told me to keep a food diary. Sure enough, whenever I let myself have a treat of a bowl of ice cream or some oreos with whole milk my stomach would hurt. Only Lactose-free for me now. If your are an occasional dairy indulger that could be it.

I had my gallbladder out about 6 years ago maybe. That pain was much worse than this.
I haven't had dairy, nuts or popcorn in weeks. Sugar, alcohol yup.
I will talk to my doctor again for endoscopy or something else.
I don't think I have any food alergies.
Thanks for all the input!!!

While getting your doctors appointments in line,
I would begin keeping a very, very detailed food diary.
I would begin a BRAT diet to ease the pain.
Bananas, Rice, Applesauce & Toast.

Dear OP:
Could you be diabetic or pre-diabetic?
If possible, have an enzyme test on your pancreas (it's just a blood test.)
Diabetics have the possibility of a pancreas that is not functioning properly. this can cause these symtoms as well.
Don't be too afraid to think about IBS, or IBS-D. Irritable Bowel Syndrome( or with diarrhea -the "D"-).
More Americans have it than you can phathom, and if not properly diagnosed and treated it can give you all kinds of grief and symptoms. Many which are mistaken for other illnesses.
Try drinking peppermint tea or taking IBGARD ( an OTC) pill. If it seems to help , bingo it IBS. (The pill is more effective when tea and other things aren't.)
Blessings.

I would do what sidsmom said too. You may want to use it for the doctor should this go on. Good suggestion!

If you have diverticulosis you could be having a flare from something you ate. That will cause quite a bit of pain. There are lots of triggers unfortunately. Seeds and nuts can trigger it. Popcorn too.
