Email or call ProCaps -- his lab in Henderson, NV.  Not sure if they have some answering on week-ends.

If you go the the procapslabs website, their 800 number is listed there. It's also listed on every bottle. -- Today they will have customer service reps available until 10pm ET tonight.

The best time to call is this afternoon after the noon-2pm ET show. -- They are usually very busy during show times. Smiley Happy

You can call them seven days a weeks (except for national holidays). During the week days they open up at 9am ET.

They are really helpful.

I take his Complete for Women which has 5,000 m of Viamin A.  I wanted to order the TSV but it has an additional 1000 A.  Is this too much?  Would have asked my Dr. but it is Sunday and this pricing will be gone by Mon.  Please help.

Just noticed the serving size is 2. If you intend to take 1 per day, it's just 500a or you could take it on alternate days since the HHSN is a good standalone supplement since it has the B-complex. I have done it since I can't take a truck load like some of the hosts, it's an overkill imo.

Figator:  Thank you.  That is much better.  I did not realize that the contents on the label was for 2 pills.  I will definately be taking one per day not two.

I wish I could take this, but I itch terribly with biotin!
