Hopefully you can help me here. I just got the bfc book and was reading through some of the recipes and noticed that in pancakes, waffles, etc, soy flour is used. I cannot have soy, so wondering what other flour would be just as good to use without ruining the recipe? thank you so much for your help.Smile
