Just started taking a Zumba class once a week but would like to add more to my beginners workout. Not a morning person but with work two kids a dog and everything else a busy mom does I don't have much time. I'd like to try to get up at least 30mins earlier in the morning and do a workout or dvd. Can anyone suggest a simple workout that I can do without having to leave my home? I have office carpet in my family room where I can exercise so hopefully whatever dvd's are recommended I can do on the carpet. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
