Thank you. It is Saturday April 27th and I've been home since, I think, Tuesday. Everything went well. The only thing I need to work on is stamina. I get short of breath.   easily. Cardiac rehab starts in 5 weeks. The stupid staples come out on May 2nd.

I tried to make it into surgery with my lashes but technical difficulties made me take them off. I did however make it to surgery with my elf perfect pink lip tint 💋

I've been on an emotional roller coaster. Yes I have my husband and he is one amazing and caring man. But this has been the first serious health experience without my parents. A 65-year-old still needs her mom and dad ! I stopped by the assisted living facility to let my dad know I was having heart surgery. He wouldn't look at me and acted like he didn't understand but I think he did. I had a video chat with him about 3 days ago. I'm hoping to get over to see him in the next two or three days.

Thank you @SandySparkles .  I've been home for a few days now but tonight is the first night I did my normal night time facial routine and put it on perfume before going to bed. It felt so normal and peaceful.  God is good and all is well.
