Today, while dealing with a bit of stress, I got kind of dizzy, my heart felt like it would beat out of my chest,I started to sweat, and my breathing was fast and shallow. My hands and feet were numb, and I could not think of anything but how scared I was feeling. I don't know how long that lasted, maybe 15 minutes, but looking back it seems like it was the whole day.
I managed to calm down. But even though that was hours ago, I still feel on edge, yet exhausted at the same time.
I made a call to my doctor hours ago, and he's supposed to call tomorrow morning.
So, while my vital signs all seem to be back to normal now. I'm thinking I've had a panic attack, and then that makes me want to panic even more.
