I've seen a couple of postings of yours. Good to see that. I hope you are mending at this point. I think my father had something like what you are going through, hopefully over soon for you.

It was a bummer to get healed, so I hope you are doing good. Hope Cindi and the kits are all well too.

thank you to everyone. my wife is doing fine and doing well with her pet sitting business. 2 of our felines, mom, tiny and her son cruiser, are having the beginnings of kidney failure. we are giving them iv fluids at home, twice a week and a special type of food. we caught it early with blood "bun and creatinine" readings from our great vet.

i am still healing and not too comfortable sitting down/bending over, or doing anything that stretches the skin on my rear end.still treating it and moving towards that light at the end of the tunnel. not the worst thing for me, but really hard to digest something that seemed like a small annoyance turn into a pretty painful long term healing process. as always, optimism is again my best friend.

thank you all for your well wishes/prayers and thoughts for my wife and myself. please know it is greatly appreciated by both of us, and our big furry family.

Hi @hckynut,

I am glad to hear that you're healing. Smiley Happy

I'm very familiar with those types of wounds in that area.

I know how incredibly painful they can be, and they can take awhile to heal up, too. Been there, done that.

My heart goes out to you. Along with your other forum friends here, I have been concerned about you, too.

You and your dear wife Cindy have been in my thoughts and prayers, and I am so very glad that you have been under care for your wounds.

I am so very sorry for your discomfort.

Just know that you have not been alone in this type of care.

I have been keeping you in my thoughts, as I have been through this myself, and more than once, too.

Hugs to you. Hang in there! Heart

@hckynut Really miss you here, John. I just want to thank you once again regarding your posts about heart disease. I know I would not be on the planet celebrating the holidays with my loved ones if it wasn't for your posting about the different signs of a heart attack. I am recovering well and so very thankful to you. Sometimes words fail me when I think of what would have happened if I had not read your posts. You saved my life and I will always be grateful.....

Just know that I am praying for you to heal and feel better. Happy Holidays to you and Cindy!!
