@Kachina624   Just the words "hardened Jello-like texture" is enough to make me vomit.  LOL

I agree that gummies just don't seem to be very appealing as a health supplement.  They just come off as a bit juvenile to me.

Gummy supplements make me crave Haribo gummy bears, and I have zero self control around a bag of Haribo gummy bears 😅.  I stick to capsule supplements.

I was told to take vitamin d. I tried several brands and they did not agree with me. I bought the gummies and they are fine. My vitamin d numbers are good. Not everything is for everyone. I am glad there are alternatives. By the way, they are delicious.

I take lot of supps, all in caps, no gummies. I have this feeling that they will stick in my teeth and never get to where they need to be. Just my personal thoughts on them.

Years ago, I had some sort of gummy-type thing that stuck onto a tooth and wouldn't let go!

It finally let go, but I became afraid it would pull the tooth loose ... so for the last few gummies, I swallowed them, rinsing down with a warm beverage.

Would never take gummies.  Would be concerned that they would cause dental problems.

I take Alive Women's 50+ multivitamin. For several years, I struggled to take their giant tablet, almost choking, getting them hung-up on the way down. Odd, since I normally have no problem swallowing pills. But the shape and size of these has had many posting bad reviews for this issue.

I was delighted when they started having gummies. It's only 20 calories for two. That's safer than choking. I take them after lunch making them my sweet treat. They're tasty and don't stick to my teeth.

So in some cases, gummies are not a bad idea. Might be psychological, but I seem to feel better with the gummies. But maybe they are more effective in gummie form? Could be.

That's because, huge tablets often wind up in the septic tank, or sewer. I tested my tablets in different acidic solutions for over 24hrs, only to find minimal dissolving. Our septic tank disposal folks talked about the pills they'd see when pumping the systems.

I never take anything in gummy form.

I feel like part of it could get stuck in-between my teeth, and that would decrease the efficacy of what I'm taking.

But I also have many decades of experience taking daily RX's, otc meds, and supplements so pills and stuff are no biggie.

I knew that would be good for something one day!  ;-)

I think if gummies work for you that's great but ordering online does have its problems as there is only a short window mainly during winter because otherwise they will stick  together or just melt if transported even in moderate temps.

I have never purchased gummies from Dr Gundry, I noticed it was the tsv the other day.

I read some of the reviews from a previous order they had shipped out and reviews were not good.

I used to be a rather frequent customer to Dr Gundry's website although not gummies but his many different selections of powdered supplements that you just add water to.

But, suddenly there have been problems such as mixing and seeing a different texture and color as new orders are shipped out to me.

It leads me to believe that whoever is manufacturing Vital Reds, Power Blues and Nitro Pulse does not have good enough mixing capability like Andrew Lessman's manufacturing facility.

Andrew Lessman though typically sells tablets, capsules or protein powder and not the selection of polyphenol mixture that Dr Gundry sells.

Having said that, I no longer trust Dr Gundry's manufacturing due to too many inconsistencies the most egregious was the Nitro Pulse.  I still had some left when the new jar arrived and the color was completely different.

@BlueFinch Andrew Lessman's vitamins are a fine powder in a capsule. None of his are in tablet form.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.
