I just got my zumba tsv and I like it but is is sooo out of my comfort zone, I am used to running, p90x, kettle works, and lifting with my own routines. I feel lost but I know it is good to challenge myself, this being said do you feel like you get a good overall body work out or is this just good cardio? I know it will not completely replace my other workouts that I will just add this. I guess I am still on the fence and want some feedback. TIA
