Got them both a couple of weeks ago. My husband got them on the same day. I got them about a week apart. Both fine. Will get whatever is recommended.

My arm gets too sore to get them at the same time. 😢
@OKPrincess @How many total Covid "booster" shots have you had already? I am not talking about the first 2 initial Covid shots...just the boosters...

I plan on getting a flu shot sometime this month. Vax shot? The 2nd shot pretty much changed the present, and future of my life. Another one? Just might end it!

Dear John, I am very sorry to hear of your CHF. I believe if anyone can beat it, it is you.
Just my thoughts, I would not assault my body with any further vaccines at this time. I would limit public contacts and wear a mask when out and about.
One thing that strikes me is how alone we seniors are with our health concerns. Yes, we have dr. interventions, endless phone calls from health care providers, endless tests, but in the night when many things can happen, we are alone; even many hours during the day, we are alone.

My daughter already had the flu shot two weeks again and is scheduled for Covid booster today. My husband and I have got to get it in gear and get this done.

I got my flu and covid shots both in the same arm on the same day a couple of weeks ago at my local CVS. I had zero side effects. All of my Covid shots have been Pfizer.

I got mine today and will get the booster in a couple of weeks. My arm is already sore but should be fine tomorrow.

I was diagnosed with CHF immediately after my 2nd heart attack on September 12, 2007. My Ejection Fraction numbers were the same as they are right now after my latest Echocardiogram.
There will be no more virus shots, the 2 that I have already gotten, has proved to be 1 too many for me. My present CHF can be directly traced to the Phizer #2 shot, not only my opinion, but that of my Cardiologist and his partners in practice.
As for my intentions now and the future, I will go out in public as I always have. And as for wearing a mask? The only place I will wear a mask is where they are required to be worn. I have stuck with the studies by specific doctors and Epidemiologists since the start of this virus gift from *****. If I contracted their gift virus, I was not aware of it.
I have spent much of my life alone since my mother died in 1969. For me being alone was not/is not, and will not ever be given much of a thought. Being alone with my furry kids, or being out in the company of many people. I can enjoy either equally, and that has been much of my life.
I sincerely appreciate your thoughts and concerns about me and my health. For me to do as you suggested, is not living, it is existing. Regardless of my possible physical limitations, I plan on living as close to the lifestyle I have most of my adult life. That is not avoiding people, and covering my face, thus obstructing my ability of taking in oxygen and dispelling carbon dioxide.
My plans are still beating back another life threatening/altering health issue, and carrying on my life as I choose to live it. Hopefully for many more years.
Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and suggestions. For some, that may be Living, to me it is not even close, it is merely Existing, and as long as I am mobile, that is not going to happen.
Have an enjoyable weekend with those you love. 😁

@hckynutjohn , I wasn't suggesting you cloister yourself, lol.
As for me, when I am out and about, I size up the situation and wear a mask accordingly, which is very infrequently, so I'm sure I am getting plenty of air exchange.
I'm pretty sure my lifestyle is very different than yours. I am an outdoors/nature girl, so that is how I avoid lots of public contact.
I do refuse to get any covid boosters. At this time I also have no plans to get a flu shot.
