do any of you take organic celery powder in water?

  They are discussing it on ShopHQ... The Debrows are selling theirs... I will not buy theirs as there are many brands of organic celery powder available at less cost... but, just wondered if any of you take it daily and if you feel it contributes to regularity and well being?

Interesting.  We eat quite a bit of celery in salads, and we cook with it.  Never heard of celery powder.

Out diet isn't lacking in fiber, so I never thought about it!

I do try to remember to eat an apple a day and am convinced it is something great to do for your digestion! And I am a believer in flax meal and flax oil--I especially like them in oatmeal.

I tried their for several months, but I did not notice any real difference. I've tried juicing my own celery, but it was way more trouble that it was worth, for me.

@SeaMaiden

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand the purpose .....  is the powder  supposed to be giving you more roughage?   How does "well being" fit into this?

Doesn't celery have a lot of sodium in it?

It's very high in sodium nitrates, a meat preservative. No thanks.

Why would anyone take it? Am I missing something?

I thought the point of celery as a health food was the fact that chewing it takes up more calories than are in the celery. Creating negative calories. Having it powdered seems counterproductive.

It will be healthier for you to juice celery.

Would not buy anything from the Dubrows

Just drink a good Bloody Mary with a stalk of celery in it.  It will taste better and make you feel better than powered celery.
