I am an absolute chocolate lover ever since I was a kid. My favorite was dark chocolate but I loved milk chocolate too. I have noticed lately that when I eat dark chocolate I get a long-lasting headache .... if it's a migraine, I'm not sick in my stomach - just the one sided ache on the side of my head. It takes several days to go away and nothing OTC seems to help.
I know the dark is better for us, but I guess I'll have to eat the regular milk chocolate from now on. (My favorite is plain old Hershey's - I know that doesn't make me much of a connoiseur!)
Anyhow, I don't know why this has recently shown up .... I'm 66 and it's only been the past year or so.
