Do you mix the Miralax into 64 ounces of liquid?

Contact your doctor's office and have them send it to you.

Mine emailed me the recipe (how much miralax and liquid), amount of dulcolax pills, and when to take everything.

No worries. Your doctor will tell you exactly what to take prior to the procedure -

Prep instructions vary, but they all achieve the same results! Good for you for having the test - they save lives.

@marip Your doctor will provide you with all of the info you will need. We can't do that. It's very individual.

Mine always consisted of Miralax mixed with Gatorade plus some Dulcolax pills.

I've never mixed miralax with that much water. Re-read the directions from your doctor or call his/her office.

Does the Miralax prep kick in pretty fast or does it take awhile?  I'm suppose to drink it all the night before the procedure.

It kicks in within the hour and stays with you for a long time.  It's not a one and done process.  I would start taking it by 4 in the afternoon so you can get some sleep later.  And when the first one kicks in you might as well just stay in the bathroom for a long time.  Take a book or laptop and get comfy.  It isn't something you have any control over.

I did mix the Miralax with Gatorade cherry frost.  It isn't as sweet as other flavors and you won't get sick of it as quickly.  You don't want sickening sweet drinks.  Have other drinks available like tea, chicken broth.

How much Miralax did you mix in?  My instructions were 1 and 1/4 cups
