I installed a 'free' app for Runtastic but see now that in 14 days there will be a fee.

Does anyone have experience with this company? I want to cancel it now instead of waiting to see if I get charged in 14 days via iTunes.

Sent an email but it was a generic reply sending me to their 'Help' page, which, of course, was no help.

So... HELP!

just delete the app, or delete your CCard in your iTunes info

you should not leave your Credit Card info there anyway,

Pretty basic stuff...if you research it. This was on their website.

If you have purchased the GOLD membership, you can cancel the contract or the automatic renewal option via utilizing our Premium Support form on www.runtastic.com.

If you still want to delete your account please go to Runtastic.com & log in with your user name & password, click on the arrow on the right side of your user name, click on "Settings", go to "Login Data", click on "Delete my account".
