This may not be a subject that everyone is comfortable discussing, but it's pretty common I would think. I have just suffered a terrible, excruciating bout of this and have been very miserable --- bloated, sick to my stomach, horrible cramping, head-ache --- etc. I eat very well - fruits, vegetables, etc., and try walk, etc. But I think some stress and medications had messed me up. Not to mention that I have IBS and I guess it flares up now and then.
What do you do, eat, take, etc., for a quick fix? I took some stuff yesterday but it did not work and I suffered all day! Finally, this morning some relief, but now I feel sick --- crampy - weak - headachey, etc. Which leads me to my second question.
What do you take, eat, drink, etc., to make you feel recovered and able to move on with your busy day?
