I keep trying to reply to the individual responses but can't seem to do it No have not told Doc yet, I can't drink milk anymore which makes me unhappy so I guess I am lactose intolerant and the kind of yogurt I was eating was Greek I use to eat yogurt but the regular kind but not sure if it has the same benefits as the Greek one.  Thanks so much for all the replys I so appreciate it.

From the Mayo Clinic:

It doesn't make me sick, I just hate it, no matter how you try to dress it up.

Maybe you are reacting to the probiotics.   They are good for you.

Your system takes time getting used to them.

You could cover it in hot fudge sauce and that still would not do it for me.  Frozen or not it is awful.

I love yogurt! However not plain yogurt, only fruit based yogurts...My favorite is by Chobani an it is peach flavored-so good, they also make a Black Cherry one that is delicious also. Yoplait I believe came out with a new type of yogurt-can't remember the name right now, but it was very light and fluffy and really good! I try to eat a yogurt every 2 or 3 days!
