Vitamin D3 & K, B complex, Zinc with selenium & quercetin, magnesium, C, Thyroid support, glucosamine chondroitin MSM joint support (just started) and a few others that I can't think of off of the top of my head.
I like to think that eating a healthy whole foods diet and taking supplements have kept me healthy. I have not gotten sick from any virus since 2019.

I take a 4000iu tablet of vitamin D3 daily as prescribed by my doctor. My levels were dangerously low.
No other supplements or drugs.

I can eat all the healthy food in the world but I won't get all the nutritional benefits from that b/c I have malabsorption issues. I have to take some supplements to compensate which include a multivit, vitamin D and a few electrolytes for my thin bones.

@qvcaddition I'm in your category. I eat a pristine diet, exercise everyday, weight on the slender side. No help as I can manage my home by myself. I live alone so am able to take the time to schedule things at my own pace. I believe strongly in relaxing meditations and breathing. I try to get out as much as possible in the beautiful weather we're experiencing right now in AZ. Take many supplements. Health excellent.

Let's see....I take a multivitamin, Vitamin D3 for bone health, DIM for hormone balance, B12, B6, a probiotic and iodine. It seems like a lot, but it's not really. These were recommended by my doctor.

I'm surprised so many people take so many supplements. In my 70s i have never been prescribed any medications or been advised by my doctor to take a supplement. Lucky me. Guess if your doctor recommends them you should follow his advice.

I don't need a doctor to tell me what supplements to take. I use my own judgment and educate myself.
