I always heard blueberries for many reasons. Vitamins and antioxidents. Then I heard strawberries for vitamins antioxidents and FIBER. Now I'm reading that black raspberries are the best.
Used to be bananas, but now I hear they are too sugary, starchy, etc. I guess they're considered a 'white food' like flour, sugar, etc.What are your thoughts?
