What do you like to eat before and after workouts?

I eat a late lunch (usually a grilled chicken salad around 1:30), so all I usually eat before my 7:00 p.m. workout is a banana.

When I get home (around 8:15), I will eat a light meal. Generally I'll eat one of these meals:

Greek yogurt with cereal

whole grain toast with chocolate milk

bowl of homemade soup
