A good afternoon to you all this day after Thanksgiving hope everyone had a nice day with family and friends or even if you spent the day by your self which sometimes is also enjoyable. I have been reading just not saying anything. But today my worry part of me is really wondering how our Lucy (Patty) is doing heath wise and family wise. So I hope we all send positive thoughts out to her that we are thinking about her. Its just the same on here when her name is not seen. Okay all you fit ladies keep working those bodies me I'm here with these legs that have a mind of their own which does not include  doing what I want them to do.

Very nice to see you Cater and I agree 100%.  I'm worried about Lucy ( Patty) also and she always talks to me on FB and I have sent messages and nothing.   I told her we over here are concerned and to let us know what's going on if she can.  The only thing I can say is I saw my last message was read but she never replied to it.   I sent one today to tell her I was worried so I'll wait to see if she replies.   I hate to make assumptions because maybe I'm way off base.    I miss her upbeat posts too.  I hope she sees this and replies to us.      I walked 4 miles today with my gf, in the drizzle but we did it!

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Cater, how nice to see you again. Thanks for posting. I, too, am wishing we'd hear from Lucy, and I hope things are ok with her and her family.

I'm enjoying my days off work. Yesterday I felt terrible, didn't even enjoy my Thanksgiving leftovers, but I think I'm feeling better today. Not good enough to do all the tbimgs I planned on doing, though. Will make a quick run to the grocery store, and then plan to curl up with a book the rest of the day.

I hope everyone had a fun holiday.

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Morning, it's one frosty morning here but the skies are so clear.   Watching Christmas movies and having my coffee.

Nomless hope you feel better and I hope you enjoyed reading your good book.  Sounds cozy.

I have my granddaughters BD today, can't believe she's turning 11, where does the time go.  Love her and the little one to pieces.

Have a great day everyone!

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Good Monday Morning, very dark, drizzly here today.   I decided not to go outside but I did to my treadmill for an hour.   Will walk Logan unless it starts raining harder.

Who is Cyber Monday shopping?   I'm not but I have looked at a few things.

It's very slow here, I hope to see more posts, I know some just read.  Stop in, sit a spell and share your day with us.

I really am missing those that were posting here, I"m not just saying that either I really do and I get worried.  I guess I just feel we kind of have a bond here and when your not here I feel bad but it's not about me, if your busy and don't have the time and want to get other things done then I understand that too.  Everyone is different...

I've been watching Hallmark Christmas movies while doing things around the house.  So cheery and nice to watch.

Have a good day!

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Bopper, I miss our posters, too, but look at me....I haven't been posting regularly either. My reason is just because I have no news....and no no workouts because my job is working me out. I can tell my legs are stronger. Now my arms and back are often sore, too, due to moving books and pushing book carts. Doing that for several hours is hard work. Tired.

I hope everyone had a fun Thanksgiving. Bopper, I hope your dad is doing better. And that your DD and DIL are back and settling into married life.

Temps here are still mild...50"s during the day and 30's to 40's at night. Still too warm for my Berkshire sheets, but I can't wait til I can put them on the bed. It will be soon, I'm sure.

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Hi, Ladies.  Hope your holiday was great.  Things are starting to get back to semi normal.  Complete normalcy won't happen until January 1st.  All of the holiday interruptions will be over then.

We had an overload of apples this weekend and I briilantly decided to make an Apple Crisp.  I figured I'd get a little bit and let my husband eat the rest.  I ate two thirds of it, lol.  It was that good.

Today I did two classes at my fitness center, hopefully getting rid of some of that dessert.  I kind of feel it was worth it, though.  It's going to be a difficult month to get through....food thrown from all directions.

Enjoy your day!

nomless I struggle with news too, I have none either but I still like to just say "hey" to everyone.   It sounds like your job is really working your legs and other parts which is good!   Thank you dad is holding his own for the time being and DS and DIL are back and very happy decorating their new home for the Holidays, thank you.

In the 40's here, and the snow we received last week is gone now.  I'm sure we'll catch up!   Have a great night!

I love apple crisp, I totally understand the overload...it's that good.  We made a lot of applesauce this year and we freeze it for later in the winter.

Good job doing 2 classes, that's awesome!   It will be that kind of month next month for sure, just have to pick and choose carefully and get a workout of some sort in.   Enjoy your evening!

Re: Welcome to the November Exercise Thread

Morning, well here I am again!   It's looking to be maybe a partly sunny day.   Going to head out and do a nice walk and then not sure what else.

Thinking of those in Gatlinburg today and the horrible fires, please pray for everyone!

Enjoy your day!
