MickD...I love Alexandria...Old Town. Hardwood floors are never the same after they get wet.

It was beautiful out this morning! Biking, running, walking, weight-lifting...getting it all in today!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

I'm having trouble finding this one too bopper....not used to the new heading...lol!

bopper, we posted at about the same time...Lucy, well, lets just say she's been a pistol the past couple of days. In 2.5 miles she tried to eat a worm, a bumble-bee, and a robin's egg...and that's not counting the usual sticks, mulch, dirt, berries, and leaves.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}

And I might as well be honest, she's turned into the neighborhood "bully"...lol. She doesn't like any other dogs in her grass, and she lets them know...VERY sassy! It's embarrassing but we're moving...{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}{#emotions_dlg.laugh}.

Tonight I'll do cardio for sure. I haven't been able to get a workout in for 3 days, and I am a little surprised but happy to say that I miss it. Gotta get some moving in, so tonight it the night. Will do cardio today and weights tomorrow.

I didn't workout today as I have a heat rash {#emotions_dlg.sneaky}....TMI, but seriously?? Just cleaned my house for a few hours...hotter than blazes again today...I am dun with it! I hope everyone has a happy and active weekend!

Long work day - went to gym after work - then went through Freddy's drive-thru window and came home with a veggie burger. Had a salad for lunch and I was getting hungry.

We have a PIYO class at the gym -- I haven't done it yet. What can you all tell me about this class?

ury, if you like yoga and pilates, you'll like it. It's a very long hour for someone like me...lol. Totally depends upon your style of exercise.

Lucy and I did over 4 miles so far(2 and 2) and I did a yoga tape. A couple of those miles were pretty fast.

I was going to go to OTF but I waited too long and the classes are full so I'm going to run back up to the amphitheater and do another leg work-out there with the box jumps, lunges, jump-squats, etc, then run home. Honestly, I'm kind of glad because I don't like when they're packed like that anyway, it's like a sauna in there from all the hot bodies.

Yes, nomless, apparently Lucy thinks she owns the grounds...no other dog is allowed on "her" turf. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Thanks for the inspiration! I got back on track this morning and did 40 minutes of Zumba and 15 minutes of core and upper body strengthening on the ball.
