Good Sunday Morning!  A sunny, warm day by the Bay today.  Although supposedly not as warm as yesterday which would be fine by me.  No real plans for the day today except laundry and maybe watching a movie.  Even when I'm exercising regularly, I always take Sunday off but I may go for a walk today just to get out of the house for a bit.

Hope everyone has a good day with whatever you have planned - even if its a lazy day!  LOL

Hey everyone, it's darn cold here, 47 and drizzling and foggy.   Good for mostly nothing!  Got my deck boxes planted in the garage though.  Made a pan of brownies for my son and watched baseball.  That's really about it!  I take Sunday off as well usually unless it's really nice then we hike.

Porkchops for dinner cooking now.

Good morning, Group!  Oh, what beautiful weather we had yesterday!   Mid seventies and sunny.  @bopper, I hope you warmed up where you are.

@Laura14, sounds like you need some help with that yard if it's as big as it sounds.  Don't kill yourself. 

@bopper, I love Perry Como's music, too but not to exercise by.  I probably shouldn't have used him as an example....it's slow music that I meant to focus.  Did anybody see the two PBS segments over the weekend....one about Perry and one about Sinatra?  Fabulous.  I hadn't remembered Perry as being so short, lol.

Still holding my WW goal weight, two pounds under actually.  Every day is a challenge, though.

Today's agenda is Senior Cardio and Strength & Motion (Cardio/weights).  If I get there early, I might walk a mile, depending on how my arthritic feet feel, lol.

Hi, everyone, I've been MIA again. No news here.

It's good to hear that some of you have had pleasant cool weather. Here, It's been upper 90s and humid. Ugh.

Am thinking about getting two kittens because Coco is getting lonely. I'm hoping kittens will hang out together and leave Coco alone and that she might enjoy watching them. No decision for sure yet though.

Have a hair appt today....I want choppy bangs but even with photos have had no luck getting the stylist to do what I want, and I don't have the courage to try cutting them myself. Will take photos in again today and try again.

Good morning all--it's gonna be hot here today!  We had a really pleasant weekend--it was cloudy, but still in the 70s.  I heard the dj on the radio say that she really liked it because you didn't have to worry about sunburn.  Wrong--some of the worst burns you can get are on cloudy days--because people don't put sunscreen on because they think you aren't getting any sun!  I've got the tan lines to prove you do!

@bopper, our corporate office is right in downtown Denver.  I am there most days, but travel to our plants which are located in Colorado, New Mexico, California and soon to be Arizona.  I don't spend a lot of time traveling though.

Back to the regular workout schedule this week.

My mom is doing okay, but I'm ready to choke my sister.  Every time she talks to my mom, which is daily, she starts crying and my mom finally told her that she wasn't helping at all and that if she continued to cry, she would have to not call for a day or so.  She's questioning every decision my mom has made and I told my mom, you do NOT want me to call her because I will make her cry even worse.  My mom has made an informed decision which will lead her to the best possible outcome.  Her surgery is a week from tomorrow.

@DrKelli  I had it out with my sisters over text messages a few months ago during my mom's journey.  I know exactly what you are going through.  Good for your mother for holding her own.  She doesn't need that.

And one of the worst sunburns I ever got was freezing in the stands of Nazareth Speedway watching Mario Andretti's final race on a cool April morning.  You speak the truth.

Got some weightlifting and cardio in yesterday.  Family came over to move some of the basement stuff up into the garage for a stupid reason I am still trying to understand.  Then played tackle soccer with my nieces.

Good morning everyone!  Beautiful sunny day and not supposed to be as warm as the weekend - thank goodness!  Not used to that.

This morning I did a 2 mile workout with Leslie Sansone.  Hadn't done it in a while and really put some work into it.  Felt good to start doing them again.  Foot be damned, I'm doing them anyway!  Tomorrow I'll do something else that will give my foot a break.

Not much else to report.  Just chuggin' along.......

Hey everyone, the sun was out this morning, then turned cloudy but not too bad, 55 out now.  It is good sleeping weather. 

Nomless I am very happy to see you, I have no news either so don't  feel bad that you don't have news.  I hope you get the kittens, Cocoa may get a kick out of watching them.  Are they at a shelter?

DrKelli I hear ya on the sister thing, I'm the middle sister here and my younger one likes to "drive the bus" concerning my dad and she gets mad if I am not in agreement of what she wants to do, and often we buck horns.  I don't back down either, she doesn't know everything, and her way of handling it is saying " next subject" which in turn drives me nuts.   I want to say 'no not next subject, we discuss it now!!"   You stick to your guns, your mom has a plan in place and your sister needs to support that and get a grip, yes it's hard but your mom doesn't need her falling apart either.

Judy I like Leslie, she's a good gal!  

I did my Simply Fit dvd again with hand weights and my Bodyblade, I am really working up a good sweat in 35 minutes, my face was dripping sweat and usually my workouts don't have me sweating that much.  I think I will also incorporate my bosu into this workout.

I planted my flowers yesterday into the deck boxes, I may have said that already.

foxxie hope senior cardio was fun, any Red Hatter stuff coming up in June?

Hello ladies I was wondering if I could ask a question....can anyone recommend a good tennis shoe?  I have recently been diagnosised with PF and being treated for it but I am thinking the skechers I am using are not doing me any favors.
