Oh, goodness no, @JudyL, lol.  PiYo is way beyond my level with my bad knees.  Body & Sculpt is just the name of one of my classes.  It's cardio intermittently using free weights.  At 69 y.o., I doubt if I do much visible sculpting, though. Very enjoyable class.

Good morning, group.  Another hot and sticky day on the way.  Possibly rain.

I need a pedicure in the worst way so that's my priority this morning.  My feet are embarrassing but it's difficult for me to get them (maneuver) the way I used to.  Also need to stop at the grocery store and UPS to return a package to Evine.  Boy do I hate to pay that return shipping!   Paying shipping coming and going.   Wasted money.

No workout for me today except maybe an in home walking in place or something to make sure that I get at least 10,000 steps.

Judy, interesting to read your comments about PiYo. I keep thinking about getting that program, but am not sure if it's for me.  Still don't know. 

No news here. I was going to go garden for my friend this morning, but it's raining so that's out. May make a run later to the Contaoner Store to get some storage boxes. Love all the attractive choices at the CS.

Morning, out and about early this morning.   Got stuck in Walmart during a thunderstorm, some place I didn't want to be stuck at  LOL....ran my cart out to my car and got soaked but I didn't care.  Just wanted to get out of that place, then on to the next stop and chiro appt.   Now I come home to this horrible news about the shooting on the basefield field...and the fire in London.   So much sadness on the news, it's hard to fathom.  Praying for everyone.

My planters got a good soaking this morning though, the ones I did yesterday.  It's stopped now but it's so wet, not sure it's over with either. 

I'm roasting a chicken tonight for dinner, seems like a good day for it.

I really have no news either.    Nomless I would love to go to one of those container stores.  We don't have a place here.   We really have not much anymore. Seems everything has closed down.  I miss out JC Penny store too.

Hi everyone!

OMG--the wind here last night was awful!  It actually woke me up about 11 and I had to get up and shut my bedroom window because it was so loud!

Well, tomorrow is the big day!  I ran through my whole class last night and think I'm ready.  Unfortunately, they put someone else's name (the lady that I am "auditioning" for) as the teacher, so I hope my classmates understand they did that because I'm not technically an employee of the gym so they probably don't have that option to put my name as the sub.

It is supposed to get super hot here for the next few days.  As much as I love summer, it does get oppressive.

Not much else to report from Colorado.  The news today is awful and I pray for the victims of both tragedies.  Not much is forthcoming about the shooting and who the gunman is.

Got my roomba going and she does a great job!  DH calls her Roombie.  Yesterday he said - I saw her booking down the hallway and was worried that she'd fall down the stairs and she didn't!  He's very enthralled with her.  My dogs are fine with her too.

@nomless and @bopper, you guys got the rain and it missed me except for a few drops.  Funny because it rained all around me really hard.  My DH and I went to the dietician yesterday evening and it was wet on the ground but you could tell it was only a little.  Got back to the house and it was bone dry.  Now thunderstorms are supposed to come tonight and tomorrow.

Good morning, all.  Yesterday evening was very strange.  There was strange thundering for several hours, then the wind picked up and finally the rain came.  It rained lightly for several hours.  We were lucky.  On the other side of town, there was flooding.  They were showing on tv how some drivers attempted to drive through what I guess they thought were just puddles but they flooded their engines and stalled.  It's hard to judge sometimes.

@MickD, so you like the roomba, huh.  I never put much faith in it, glad I was wrong.

My toes look so cute, lol.  I got a good technician this time.  Young guy with good eyesight.  He gave the best leg and foot massage that I've ever had except when I went to a spa.  Hope I get him again.  My toes are purple to go with all the purple I'll be wearing next week when I go on my three day resort trip with the Red Hatters.  We wear purple outfits and red hats.

I'll be walking the track this morning...nothing fancy.
