Good morning, everybody. Upper nineties yesterday and more of the same today and tomorrow. My exercise center has good air conditioning but, for some reason, when it's humid outside it's a little humid in there, too. There are a couple of fans in the exercise room but there is an 82 year old lady there sometimes wearing a sweater and gloves that don't like the fans on. I was so happy that the instructor turned them on because most of us won't turn it on hen she's there. She got a little upset yesterday.

@JudyL, half an hour walking is good. I tried doing three and four miles of walking and I feet tell me not to do that cause a day or two after consecutive days of doing that, I'm limping and in pain. So, as my podiatrist said, do what your money tells you. Pain is your body speaking to you and we have to listen or pay the consequences.

Hubby and I have been checking airfares from Chicago to Las Vegas. Unless you leave in the middle of the night with a lay over (making your time 6 or 7 hours), the fare is around $700 for the two of us not to mention one of the days we'd be paying for the hotel, we really wouldn't be there but an hour or two of it. My head is spinning.
