Re: Welcome to the August Exercise Thread

[ Edited ]

Did my ab challenge session this morning and triceps before work.  I'm possibly thinking of doing the small trail loop this afternoon after work at the park.  We'll see...

Hi everyone! Did 2.6 mi./34.5 min. On the treadmill.  Anita Baker was added to the playlist...hence the slower pace.....hamstrings are tight today.

Re: Welcome to the August Exercise Thread

Hey all, mid week already.  I had to grocery shop early this morning and then had an appt. to get to.  Put it all away and did TG.  Was about to walk with Logan and the skies opened up and it poured and thundered, now it's soaking out so I don't feel like going back in a woodsy area , its' too buggy for me so I guess tomorrow will have to be.

Nomless I think it rude for those women were very rude and they could obviousley see you were watching it and let them go watch the other TV although it sounds like they gabbed more than watch!  That would get on my nerves too.

Laura it's true about working out at home, at least you don't have to listen to jibbering and laughing and have someone right on top of you.  That alone would set me off.  Like going to a movie and the whole theatre is empty so they sit right in front of you Really??

Judy have a wonderful time on vacation, glad your hip and back are holding up.

Iluvlucy sounds like a lot coming up and riding with 3 dogs would be challenging.  I hope you have a great time though and DS and DH are feeling alright.  Glad DH didn't choke, choking is scary...

Well kiddos enjoy your day!

Judy, have a wonderful time!

Lucy, thank goodness DH is ok....scary.  You'll have your hands full with all the dogs. Good luck!

Bopper, best to stay in when the bugs are out!

Hi, Laura and Mick.  Enjoy your day.

When I do cardio, to avoid boredom I switch machines every 10 minutes. Today I lost count of how many times I had done each machine and I didn't know what time I started, so I kept adding rounds to be sure I got in a full workout.  I now I got in a full workout....and probably more, lol.

Workout done.

Cater, we haven'the heard from you in a while. I hope things are good.

No news to report.  It'seems a lititle cooler today and sunny. I'm going to a AAA ball game tonight. We don't have a major league team here. It's fun to watch the players who are trying to make it to the biggies.
