Cute suit, Laura!
I'm feeling OK finally. Didn't cardio.
I usually work Mon-Thurs, so when I had to take Mon off this week, I told my boss I'd try to get all my work done Tues-Thurs, but if needed, I'd work Fri. Well, I did get al my work done, but boss asked me to work tomorrow anyway , saying he'd find things for me to do. Dang! I really wanted my Fri off as usual. Oh, well. Gotta do what the boss asks.
Looking forward to Strong tonight. I haven't decided if I like it, but I watch it. Ninja is coming back soon, love that.

I just bought emoji workout leggings and am getting grief from my sister about how I"m not 5 years old....well la-de-da......... to her!
I did the Shred again and some Xbike, planks,,,mixing it up. Its really cold and windy, says 34 degrees,, I'd say that's December weather.

Hope your weekend is good. We didn't watch Strong last night, it's baseball season and I need 3 TV's to watch everything and last night was hockey too but the Red Wings lost so are out of it.
I have nothing going on this weekend so we shall see, and it's supposed to be rainy and cold, so good thing I have baseball to watch.

I could have personalized it to if I wanted like shown but I figured I already know my name so my towel is good just the way it is.
I just need the hunky serviceman next to me poolside. Plus, her pool is in FL just north of Disney so I'm representing!
Definitely check out Target. Lots of cute suits at fairly reasonable prices. My mother almost found one there but decided on one she found at Bealls instead.
You guys are making me look bad. I've been slouching way too long. The hike is on tomorrow!

Laura - that towel is pretty darn cute!
Was not in the mood to workout this morning but got up anyway and pushed myself. I did a half-hearted PiYo workout and then some upper body with the BodyGym. Will workout tomorrow then take Sunday off and that will be my rest day instead of Friday which is the rest day on the PiYo calendar. I wanted a weekend rest day instead of a weekday rest day so switched things up. To do that I had to workout 7 days in a row this week and thats been tough.
I plan on doing as little as possible this weekend. I feel beat. Today is cool, gray and a little rainy here in the Bay Area. I'm visualizing all of us relaxing on that porch this weekend Bopper!

WOW! The last couple of days I've added in some upper body work with the BodyGym. All I can say is OH MY GOODNESS do my arms hurt today! Did some this morning and now it's close to Noon and man oh man do I ever feel it in my biceps especially but in my triceps a bit too. Also did the Russian Twist for the waist - oh my! My waist is sore! LOL
I'm surprised because I really didn't think I'd feel it this much. That little sucker works!

TGIF my new exercise buddies!!! Pretty good day yesterday - had a nice walk on my lunch break and then at home I did all 30 minutes of the Mirabai cardio level 1. I'd planned to do Pilates or Mirabai's exercise section after that, but DH was tired and hungry so I made dinner.
Bopper - Jillian's 30 Day Shred, I'm impressed! Keep trying yoga, whatever you can do is right for you at this time. I'm funny with yoga - I can't do the power flows, vinyasa type but prefer the more traditional hatha poses. Love the lavender butterfly image.
Laura, which book are you using for yoga? That is a cute polka dot suit! Enjoy the trails this weekend.
Judy, good for you on doing your workout. You are making me crave that BodyGym, but I'm on a strict "gadget diet!" I have a lot of those days where I'm just wiped out - it must be age. L

No big weekend plans here, just hoping to get in a little spring cleaning, go to my WW meeting and get in a gym workout at Planet Fitness. Happy weekend everyone!

@PilatesLover I found the Women's Health Big Book of Yoga on clearance at B&N. It has tons of routines and stretches (some I'll never use) but it has the basics and then some so I'm kind of enjoying getting back into it.

When I got off work, I made a run for groceries, came home and got them put away. Then I called for a hair apt. My stylist had a cancellation right then and it's close to home, so I ran right over. 35 minutes after I called I for an appt. I was back home with a tidy new cut. How cool is that? Then I did a Sansone 2 mile walk from the Miracle Mile program. I got lots done this afternoon - nice.

I came home from work and immediately got into my jammies! I am pooped. Its almost 8:30 and was just thinking to myself - "is it too early to go to bed?" You can tell when you are getting old when you want to go to bed at 8:30 on a Friday night! HAHA
