Thinking about doing WW again. Due to my work schedule, I can't go to the meetings. Has anyone had good results doing WW on their own? Also, what is the extra weekly points and points for exercising? I have been to meetings when they changed to Points Plus, but I heard that the daily and weekly points have changed. Any tips for success are welcomed.
