I totally lost the week I'm on. What's been going on is I reached my personal goal by
Thanksgiving and then my whole body "fell asleep". It was Thanksgiving to Christmas that I was up .2 down .4 up .8 down .2 up in those 4 wks BUT NOW, down 1.2 and it feels so good.
Did I give up, no, I have all the support here and at the meetings. I was so mad though, how could this happen, why?, what's going on? so many questions and just so so answers, nothing made sense to me at all.
Our bodies are a total mystery, just when you think you know yourself, something like the above happens and I just couldn't figure it out. Sure, a little treat here and there, nothing more than a bite but really, a bite could do that? I could see multiple bites of different things but it wasn't that at all, just truly strange, maybe the stress of the Holidays, maybe the thought process that if I eat those couple cookies, who knows but all I know now is I'm back on track and waiting for Valentines Day, made my next personal goal for that day, hope I make it. No, I will make it, a little prayer, a little exercise, and a lot of hard work to make sure I eat the right thing, it will work out.
And...speaking of February, in about 6 wks it will be a whole year that I quit smoking, WoW, hard to believe, time does not sit and wait, it keeps going.

I stand corrected, it was down 1.8 last week and this week up 1.8#
if you can figure this one out, I'll give you a lot of credit....it's just truly crazy, exercising, eating within my points limitations and what was down is now up.
This is enough to drive you crazy...seriously, this is the definition of insanity.
