These weeks are flying by. After a week of nothing, down a little over a pound so I guess my body did need to take a break, thank goodness it was a short break.
I really thought it was going to be some huge number, my shorts are getting pretty big on me and pretty soon I'll need some suspenders for my pants (ha ha). Yes, it feels pretty good, at first it was a little discouraging since I talked myself into this program not working but it does work.
I get really confused on activity points so it someone would help it would be appreciated. I asked several times about them but yet I really don't understand.
You get 49 activity points which I'm assuming is 7 per day that you can add on but do I need to "earn" them? Do I need to do a full blown exercise program to earn these or are they just there incase you need them?
