Guess I need to practice what I preach....I lost -0- lbs. I said "impossible", followed my plan, didn't use my activity points, exercised that week, washed my mom's floors the night before and I truly was "sweating to the kitchen". Nothing, zilch, zip nodda one lousy ounce even!!!!

Craziness thing I have ever experienced, I swear the scale at the meeting was malfunctioning, how can I do a lot, and I mean a lot for the week, follow my points and nothing, doesn't make any sense to me and yet every time I put on a pair of shorts, there are getting too big.

Answer I got....maybe I'm bloated?
