10#'s total gone and that went fast and I think I've only been hungry (which I should not have been) only 2 evenings. Just didn't eat the right stuff during the day for me to be satisfied.

Love my grocery cart is full of veggies and fruit, lean meats and some treats (gotta have those) but other than that, I couldn't believe I would eat a whole bear claw from Panera bread and I believe that's 15 points which is about 1/2 of my day.

Also ate a local sub sandwich, went onto their website, got all the facts, plugged it in the computer for points and it came up with 20 points!!!

Just being really careful and this is all a change for me. I just opened a bag, went to a restaurant and never thought about it. It all came up on me so fast and I'm so happy I'm getting rid of 2 bags of flour already!!

Shorts are loose and a work out top I had that was skin tight is no longer that way....that's pretty good news!
