I'm thinking about doing WW on-line. I've been reading their web-site and I'm alittle confused about Point Plus and how it works.
I was a WW member several years ago and did really well. I would like to do the on-line now but am worried that without having the accountability of weekly weigh-ins, I won't hold myself accountable. I guess I'm just beating myself up for, once again, gaining back the weight i lost.
I know there are several women on these board that do the WW plan. Would you recommend the on-line plan and how do you stay on track?? I would like to lose 40~50 pounds.
