Hmmmm, both gardenman and Spurt picking the Bills. Not sure if this is good or bad! Hopefully we will get a win this week.

Nobody here in WNY is thrilled that the Jets have picked up Percy Harvin. We play them next week... grreeeaaattttt.

Good luck everyone, and gardenman, enjoy your no-stress weekend!

Hi Sheltie Mom....I hope I don't jinx your Bills---

That always seems to happen to my Spurs too---an opponent fires an old coach and hires a new one and the players are all hyped up, or an opponent brings in a good free agency, and my Spurs are the first to play them....{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

GOOD LUCK TO YOUR BILLS! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

i didn't see this trade coming. Apparently, the Seahawks have been thinking of trading Harvin for several weeks. Time will tell whether this was a mistake. I also didn't know about Harvin's temperament and that he was causing problems in the locker room.

The Jets probably needed more talent. They came close to beating New England, and this was before getting Harvin. I'll be watching this team to see how it affects them.

I have no idea what to expect from Cincinnati. Last season they routed the Colts, scoring over 40 points. That was in Cincinnati' this week they play in Indy. The Bengals have talent, but after the last game with Carolina, I don't know which part will show up. A.J. Green is out, so that might be a factor. It should be a good game.

Hey TEGAN---that trade was a shocker....but Jay Glazer said the players in the Seahawks locker room were tired of walking around on egg shells with Percy Harvin after several incidents he had. It appears that the Hawks wanted to make a trade with the Browns for their TE, but it was a no go.....they contacted the Bucs and no deal, and the Jets offered them their deal, but I think the Jets gave up way to much for someone NOT a team player....the Jets should have drafted some offensive talent for Geno.

Since the Texans play on Monday we get the Colts/Bengals for our CBS Sunday game....should be a good game...But I will also be watching Red Zone to get a glimpse of my Redskins too. Packers/Panthers are our Fox early game, followed by Giants/Cowboys for late game. ...

Re: Week Seven of the NFL Regular Season!!!

Well Redskins benched Cousins after yet ANOTHER interception and a fumble...Colt McCoy comes in throws a nice pass to Garcon to a TD!!!!

Wow Sunshine the Ravens are on fire....

And Sea Gal---what happened??????????? But at least they came back and made it respectable.....now Russell Wilson using the option that is what I wanted to see when the Seahawks played the Cowboys!

Re: Week Seven of the NFL Regular Season!!!

Start of the second half, Colts lead 10-0. The Colts have two interceptions, but the defense has played well, stopping the Bengals from getting first downs. Lineman Eric Walden was ejected from the game for touching a referee. It didn't look like much, but the analyst had mentioned that we don't know if something was said. Maybe that was the case. And rules are rules: a player should not touch a referee. I think the Bengals' TE Gresham should have been penalized for taunting also, but since Cincinnati didn't score anything, that point is now moot. Anyway, Newsome is now in to replace Walden. Newsome has made good plays before, so I don't think the change will be that much of a factor.

I noticed that Cousins has been pulled from the Tennessee-Washington game. Interesting move; hasn't Cousins been performing well?

Aaron Rodgers is on fire. Wonder what happened to Carolina's defense.

Back to the game.

Hey Tegan....VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE WIN FOR YOUR COLTS!!!! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Cousins has been throwing LOTS of interceptions and after another interception and a fumble in came Colt McCoy.....he did well considering no reps with the 1st or even 2nd teams....nice long pass to Garcon and a field goal enabled us to eek out a win at the end. At least it was a WIN!!!! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

What an upset with the Rams over Seahawks, although the Seahawks did battle back and made it a close one and Ram sat on a lead...

Buffalo WINS---CONGRATS SHELTIE MOM!

And Dolphins soundly beat bears....

And Lions come back and beat the Saints....

A lot of interesting early games....let's see what the late games hold!!!

CONGRATS TO ALL THE WINNERS!

Re: Week Seven of the NFL Regular Season!!!

The Colts defense was stellar today. Offense did a good job, also. The Bengals just couldn't do anything.

SPURT, congrats on Washington's win! They needed this game. Yay, Garcon! Does this mean that McCoy will be the starting quarterback from now on?

Also, congrats to all the other winners. I'm glad that Buffalo came back to win. This helps the Colts to gain a larger lead in their division. Also, Buffalo had to win to keep pace in the AFC East. Baltimore was on fire. Lots of good games today.

Re: Week Seven of the NFL Regular Season!!!

It sounds like the Bears had a bit of a meltdown in the locker room after the game. Players reportedly had to be separated and removed from the room. It made things interesting for the reporters waiting outside.

Colt McCoy is a guy I've always liked, but he's not the Redskins' long term answer at QB. I'm pretty sure that guy's not on their roster right now. They're going to have to find someone this off season, either in the draft or free agency, to be the guy.

I loved Jeff Fisher going with the fake kick to ice the game. That's a very ballsy move at that point in the game. Kind of a dumb move by the Rams running back not to just get the first down and drop at the end. That fumble could have been huge. You don't have to fight for yards there. Get the first down and hit the turf.

Fly!!! Eagles!!! Fly!!!
