Hey Everyone,

I am interested in taking some water aerobic classes to lose weight and was wondering if anyone here as taken any such classes. I would like to know is if it helped you lose weight and did you need any special equipment (eg. water shoes, goggles, floats, etc.). Note that I can't swim and I have a torn knee and injuired back. Are any of the moves stressful on the knees or back? Thanks for you help.

P.S.I did call my doctor and am waiting for a phone call. I know that everyone here always is helpful. Smiley Wink
