Almost 4# my 1st Week! Am I excited, yes, but there was another week one joiner and hers was almost 9#'s.

My leader told me the average is 1/2# to 2#'s so don't get discouraged and everyone is different.

I ate my maximum points, tracked everything, didn't use any activity points so we'll continue this path.

So far so good, this is just crazy, this is all normal food I eat but the "portion" size for me is the factor, never had control over that. Also, thought if I only ate 2 meals a day that would help with the pounds, need to eat 3 meals with a snack to be successful.

On a side note, I am so surprised as to the number of people who have joined, quit, joined, quit etc. Some ladies over 6 times....that's just crazy, but that's great they are in attendance again.

The journey continues...week 30 no smoking (I think after a year I'll quit counting the weeks), nail nibbling down to nothing (nails look nice) and now 4#'s. Holy cow, doing good so far.
