WW Reimagined Digital Program issue

I followed the instructions on the card included in the package for setting up the 6 month digital subscription and then downloaded the app to my Iphone. After finally being directed to and finishing the assessment,  I logged back in on my phone I got the digital page message (from Ashley) that I had not subscribed to a digital program (there was a monthly option and a yearly option). I am frustrated becase I can't figure out what to do and can't send it back because I wrote on the book.  HELP!!

@VanMade   Call the WW customer service group, they are very helpful, and helped me get signed up once my 3-month QVC offer ended back in June.

Don't give up, getting and sticking with their program has helped me lose 45 pounds in 8 months.

Re: WW Reimagined Digital Program issue

I recommitted to WW this past Thursday.  First time ever on a Thursday, lol.  I had been on the plan with meetings and I've been off the plan since a month or so after meetings stopped.  Meetings stopped in March because of Covid.  Gained 20 lbs....feet hurt, knees hurt, look terrible.  I'm a mess.  So I called WW and changed to Digital only and I'll try that for three months.  Hope my commitment lasts.  I'm sticking with my Green Plan.

Re: WW Reimagined Digital Program issue

@StillRachB   I'm on the blue plan, and it works for me.  I probably could have lost more, but I'm happy taking it slow and still eat out for lunch at least once a week, enjoy a starbucks every now and then, have a piece of candy every so often and enjoy my Jimmy the baker cinnamon roll on Saturday mornings.

I use the digital plan only, and the app makes it real easy to track, stay within my points, and the community on line is the most positive and encouraging group around.

@VanMade

Seems like I somehow managed to go through most of my 81 years without ever hearing the word reimagined. Now it seems to be as prominent as the word if.

To me it has no meaning and when I take it to even a logical extent it to me says nothing. It Is just a filler word that seems mostly be used to bypass words that are normally used, like change/changed.

Why? In the uses I have seen it added it appears to want to circumvent using the common word most easily get the point of what one is really saying.

The other word that has popped up a year or so is exestential. I think I have fairly adequate vocabulary, for an old guy, and these words I mentioned seem to me to be used more as either to add emphasis more for exaggeration(exestential)than anything else. The other(reimagine) seems to be to lessen the emphasis of the saying the words change/changed.

Why the avoidance of using the words most understand? My guess is for some ti say "I never said that", just my guess!

Oops! Forgot the topic. I think WW is a good program for many to help them lose or maintain their desired body weight.
