Happy Monday, refreshing breeze in the North windows so those are open. I did TG challenge workout this morning, painted in the kitchen, while that dried I walked Logan, had lunch and painting again. Lots and lots of work, cutting in twice, ceiling, baseboards, then in between cabinets, and windows, doing it 2 times because that's how your supposed to do it, I still have to roll and I'm getting pooped. It does not all have to be done today, so I may clean up the rollers and brushes and call it a day until tomorrow, if I don't I'll get crabby, LOL....then the phone rings and it's a telemarketer...I did not answer it.
DrKelli sorry about all the confusion on the flight, I'd have needed a Xanax at that point, and your poor mom. Glad however the splash you liked, I'm not much of a water person but maybe I could handle that. I haven't worn a swimsuit in years and years, so selfconscious.
Anyways, better decide what I'm doing, wish it was done!!

Good morning everybody. Beautiful day yesterday.
Wow, @DrKelli! How awful that flight was! I've often wondered how smoothly those types of flights were. I don't fly often but I'm going to remember to avoid that kind. Glad you and mom were safe, though.
This morning, Body & Sculpt, Flexibility and Zumba. It's going to be a good workout day.

I'm still here. I read a few recent posts, but not all that I missed.
DrKelli, Splash sounds fin Good for you for getting that certification. What an awful flight experience you had.
Foxxie, I was sorry to hear about the issues you've been struggling with. Not fun.
Hi to Bopper and Mick and Judy and and Laura andCater and all our friends. I keep wishing for posts from Laura and Lucy. I hope Laura is ok, and I miss the stories about pup Lucy.

Hey everyone, been going since the crack of dawn, still painting and cutting in and while it was drying I did 40 minutes of TG challenge, then more painting, just now sat down and my kitchen is a mess but will be a mess until I'm done. Got cleaned up though as a few girlfriends and I are going to supper.
MickD sorry hubby is not feeling well, does he have what you had?

Good morning group. Another beautiful day on tap for us here.
@MickD, hope you and I family get rid of whatever you've picked up. I tell you, how do we get these germs attached to us, lol.
Went to the ophthalmologist yesterday fully expecting her to say my eye was just irritated but no, I have an eye infection and was told to wash doorknobs and everything that I might have touched around the house including my pillowcase to not infect the other eye or hubby. Oh and to throw out my glaucoma eyedrop bottle because I might have infected the tip. She did give me a sample bottle free from her office.
So this morning, I have to get the prescription filled. I was too pooped yesterday evening to go sit in Walgreens for possibly an hour waiting on them. My eye appointment was in the opposite direction of the drugstore so I would have been doing about another 15 miles. Directly from my house, it's four miles. Worked in a school 25 years and got pink eye once. Retired three years and get an eye infection which the doc says is worse than pink eye. Go figure, lol.
So, no club today. I'm sure folks were looking at me funny yesterday. I'm sure germs are rampant at workout facilities. I try to wash my hands frequently, though. Especially after using hand weights.
Also my shoulder is a little painful this morning. Delayed reaction. I was walking down my stairs to go to the kitchen yesterday morning and my too old houseshoes that don't have traction anymore, slid on the stairs. I hit my shoulder on the first stair that I hit and slid down to the bottom. Luckily, I only hit the top of my shoulder and for the first hour I was a little worried but the pain eased up. I exercised using only one pounds weight. This morning, I feel the pain more but it's not bad. Later, I laughed thinking how fast I got to that bottom step, lol.
Anyway, I'm going to lay low today and work on my body parts. Have a great day everyone.

@Mmsfoxxie I hope your eye gets better!
My left eye was itchy and bothering me last night and throughout the night. It is puffy, itchy and crusty.......no contact in......that's fun. I have an earache and am stuffed up on that side too......what the heck! Gurr.......I feel rotten.

Wow @MickD, forget me, you are in worse shape than I am, yikes!
No more pain in my eye but I had a lot of pain when the pharmacist told me my prescription cost $44.22! I said, "What? But I have insurance". She said yes but you saved $42.27 by having it.
Being angry and cheap, I told her that I didn't want it if that was the price and that my eye looked like it was clearer today. She said that didn't mean the infection was gone and not getting the medication would be a mistake. So I bought it. Along with my other items, I had to go into my change purse to pay $58.02. Thank God for carrying a lot of change, lol. It's the principle of the thing ladies. This teeny, tiny bottle without insurance would cost over $86??? Unbelievable!
Rant over, lol. Feel better, @MickD.

@Mmsfoxxie that is highway robbery! What are the odds that you'll use up the entire bottle, let alone need it again? On the good side, hopefully it will stop the infection fast, and stop it from moving to the other eye.
