Do I really really need to throw them out if past the date, some by one year, some more, some less, how can they expire all they have been doing is sitting in that dark cool bottle? Seems like a waste. I used some Niacin last week that was like 3 years too old and it still made me flush. I just wonder if its an industry thing to keep you buying. weigh in please, thanks! I have lots of bottles of this and that.
