I began using a full body vibration machine at my Naturopath probably 12 years ago.
I bought a vibration plate with dual motors for home use on The A during Covid.
It's a Life Pro 3D. Was $249. Lifetime warranty. Best thing ever.

When I first purchased, I bought a Merach. Amazon sent the wrong one so it went back and I started again. Merach #2 quit within a few weeks. It went back. Learned my lesson - DON'T BUY A MERACH!
We have had a LifePro for about a month. I wanted it mostly for balance and circulation. If it does more, all the better.

What has it done for you?
Until I read this thread, I've never heard of these, so I'm curious what people get from it.

I recently got one from Amazon for under $80. I use it while I'm sitting down several times a week. I like the way it makes my legs feel. Sort of "energizes" them. Don't know if there is any real medical benefit, but I like using it.

@Tinkrbl44 I have a dirty mind. I can't begin to tell you what I was thinking.....
"Never argue with a fool. Onlookers may not be able to tell the difference."

@Tinkrbl44 I use mine for improved circulation/lymphatic drainage.
It will give you a stimulated, more energized feeling. Some use it in place of cardio. Weight loss? Not so much.
I can sit on the platform in the most gentle mode to relieve lower back pain and ease sciatica.
If you can't get to the floor or stand for long, pull up a sturdy kitchen chair to face the platform and place your feet on the platform. Mine came with a remote.
There is a list of contraindications including not for those with joint replacements.

"They" say that sitting on it will strengthen a weakened pelvic floor, to help with leaky bladders.

Yes we have one and it's great for circulation issues.
We paid more for it a few years ago from an exercise equipment store.
