Vertebral Compression Fracture

I just had a MRI done today and this was the diagnosis. I myself, have never experienced such pain. The last week I have lived life in a haze of pain. Hopefully, the medication my Dr. prescribed today will help and I can get some sleep.

Have any of you ever had this and does it go away?
