Re: VERTIGO FROM MIGRAINES...

[ Edited ]

I sometimes get vertigo but not when I have a migraine.  I recently discovered why I was getting such debilitating headaches and it was from the seasoning my husband was using when he was preparing one of our meat dishes.  I thought MSG was outlawed but apparently not.  I don't eat meat that frequently and it suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks and I asked my husband to not put any seasonings on my food and sure enough that was it.....no headaches since.  We both were amazed.  I'm just so happy to not have to suffer anymore with them.

Re: VERTIGO FROM MIGRAINES...

Today he's kind of off.  I think he's trying to do too much, because he said he felt he triggered it.   I came home from errands and he was laying down.   I gave him the Diazapam.  He said its not making much difference as far as slight spinning,  but admits he tried to overdo this morning.   Dr told him take it easy...so that's it...ill take over here for next couple days which I've been doing.   I'm on 5 acreas, with 2 horses, so there's always plenty too be done...nothing that can't wait, and I can handle for awhile.    Dr said give it 7-10 days,(we're on day 7) and of course if anything gets worse to call.
