Is this the inevitable product of menopause? Fat that accumulates in the upper abdomen, just below the clavicle (breastbone)..... Have noticed it in the past year, seems very difficult to get rid of, even with crunches.....Bought "The Belly Fat Cure", but that all seems to be lower abdominal fat, if you look at the photos.....Just lost about 30 pounds, none from the abdomen.....
