Upgrading my MIS tickets...

Today was my call-in date to upgrade my Michigan International Speedway June 2012 Nascar Sprint Cup tickets and I started calling at 9AM and I actually got 'through' 9:53AM on hold til 10:10AM she took my 'order' and I was off the phone by 10:20AM...And I was able to get what I wanted! I couldn't believe it!!!!

Last year I started calling at 9AM and between using 2 phones - constantly - (house & cell) I didn't even get through til 3:50PM! And then they didn't have anything I wanted.
