Dear Lilac Tree,

I just read the post from your daughter, and I am concerned about all that you have suffered through.  My hope is that with the many prayers and positive thoughts generated by folks on this forum, your healing will be speedier and very successful.

Bless you.  Be patient (what else can you do but be that, right?).  Two years ago I broke my wrist, which is a minor injury compared to what you've experienced.  Because it was my favored hand's wrist, I was in a pickle (plus, I was still working at that time).  I just said to myself that "it is what it is" and tried to be patient while I healed.  

This, too, shall pass.

I have been thinking of Lilac tree since her daughter posted the news about her broken hip and elbow.  Because I also went through the experience of breaking a hip I keep wondering how she is doing.  If anyone has contact with her daughter please let us know how Lilac Tree is doing.  I will be most appreciative of any news and I am sure others will be too.
